1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
Because our products consist of perishable baking ingredients and/or instant-download recipe files, we do not offer cash refunds or credits for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
2. Order Cancellation
- Physical items (e.g., cake-mix kits, decorating tools) may be cancelled only if production or packing has not yet started.
- Digital products (recipe PDFs, e-books, video classes) become available immediately after payment and cannot be cancelled or reversed once the download link is issued.
To request a cancellation, email us at contact us page with your order number as quickly as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
We take great care to pack every parcel, but if you receive:
- a damaged physical item, or
- an incorrect item (wrong flavour, size, or product),
please email us at contact us page within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of the packaging and product.
Resolution: We will send a like-for-like replacement at our cost. No cash refunds will be issued.
4. Returning Goods to Us (Authorised Returns Only)
If we authorise a return (e.g., to exchange a damaged item):
1. Use a trackable shipping service and keep proof of postage.
2. Pack the item securely; we cannot replace goods damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
3. Write the *Return Authorisation Number* clearly on the parcel label. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
5. Special & Custom Orders
Custom recipe bundles, personalised toppers, or bulk ingredient orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Replacements are provided only if items arrive damaged or defective.
