  • 180 grams (1.5 cups) All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 175 grams (1 cup) Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Creaming the Butter and Sugars:In a bowl, beat the cold butter and sugars together for approximately 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
