- 6 cups of all-purpose flour (750g)
- 2 cups of softened unsalted butter (454g)
- 2 cups of sugar (400g)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cold eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Steps:
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a big bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: Use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs and Vanilla extract until everything’s well combined.
